DISGUSTING! Every juice was disgusting. I had really high hopes reading the reviews but I am convinced that all the reviews are fake or people were paid to say good things. There is no way that anyone enjoys a single one of these juices.

Sometimes if you are not used to eating/drinking raw fruits and veggies normally, it is hard to adjust your pallet to taste the ingredients as nature intended. Taste was unbearable, reminiscent of cut grass and pond scum. Could not even finish my three day cleanse. Waste of money.

The juices were so frozen it took several days to dethaw and had to leave them all out day of to thaw them enough to drink and even then they were ice chips. Didn’t lose more than 2 pounds so nowhere close to the 5-8 pounds advertised. Waste of money.

Hi there, we apologize your experience was not what you had hoped for. A lot of times if your refrigerator is too cold and the bottles go in as a solid block of ice, they can take too long to thaw. If you notice this problem, a great way to thaw the bottles is to leave them on the counter for an hour or until halfway thawed (do not exceed 1 hour outside of refrigeration) and then transfer to the refrigerator overnight. Try not to put the bottles right next to each other, as this will make the time to thaw quite a bit longer. 😊 Please contact me directly at Amanda@rawgeneration.com to discuss your order and a way we can make your experience a better one!

Horrible customer service. Never received a package courier claimed to have left at my front door. They won’t contact courier to figure out where the package was delivered but they want you to file a claim so they don’t have to do all the work. The packaging is atrocious. I successfully received one package but no idea what happened to second order. Will never order from this company again nor will I recommend.

We have had a terrible time with this company. They only fulfilled half of our order and are not helpful at all to troubleshoot. They also removed our negative review from their website. I will never shop here again or recommend anyone order from this company.

Customer service is extremely poor. I asked a question about shipping and couldn't get a straight answer. Additionally, the juices the claim are 100% are actually watered down. No wonder the pricing is so inexpensive.

I loved the juices but it's really unfortunate that they use a ton of styrofoam in their packaging. I receive frozen goods from other companies that do not use this non-renewable product. I won't be ordering again until they change this and encourage all inhabitants of the earth to do the same.

The juices contain too much water and calories. Waste of money- rip off! I just lost over $300 for nothing.

Hi there, the water in our juices is only added in for taste's sake, the juices are far too potent without a little bit of water. We add less than 7% water (varies on the recipe) to an entire batch, which breaks down to about 50 bottles, so when broken down the water ratio is very minimal. The mind set that most people are liars, cheats, & thieves is why their service is poor. Very sad to see something like this. This company has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced & I find it hilarious that I was emailed to ask for a review after they messed up 2 orders.

Hi Alicia!! The emails go out automatically, but you did get your full refund once you finally filed the claim, so I would assume the customer service was pretty good! When tracking states that a package, or in your case 2 whole 7 day cleanses, wad delivered yet the customer is claiming they did not receive the package the customer must file a claim before anything can be done. In this world of cheats and liars, unfortunately, we need to protect ourselves. But in any event, as I said to your numerous rude emails, all we needed was that claim number and you received your full refund. HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!

I have been given delivery expectations twice and not received my product. The communication has been rude via phone call. It’s clear that ownership is either stressed out and leading poor service or hiring practices are absolutely lacking. I have requested a refund. We will see if that actually meets the expectation provided by the brand.

I don’t recommend, overpriced for a 1 time cleanse, confusing website and emailed ‘deals’ that ‘end at midnight’ (quotes because if u visit the site you can get the same deal every day if the week)... if you sell a product for a ‘discounted price’ all the time then it’s no longer a discount, it is simply ‘the price’... it’s dishonest.

You need more than 600 calories a day. Do not think that you Can just drink this and not eat. I almost passed out while driving. It's frozen so plan accordingly. It took 4 days for it to thaw out. Get local juice if possible. It didn't taste that bad...

Hi Stephen, thank you for your review and input. We always stress to our customers how important it is to take it easy while cleansing, and if you feel faint or sick to stop cleansing fully and eat a meal. Symptoms are common, and should always be attended to accordingly. As for the thawing, sometimes a refrigerator will be just cold enough to keep a solid block of ice frozen if it is put into the fridge as a solid block, for the future I recommend starting the juices on the counter for an hour or so before transferring into the refrigerator. You can always speed up the process by putting the bottles in front of a fan. The air circulation will speed up the thawing process.

Me and my friend ordered the 3day cleanse each ... The end of the first day I got so sick (puking) .. I thought maybe I couldn’t handle not eating. But!! Then my friend got sick the next morning! We tried a few more but they just tasted bad, And spoiled. We had to throw them away! Such a HUGE waste of money!! Very disappointed!

This is a review for the KETO cleanse. I waited a month for them to ship because they were working on new and improved flavors. Finally received product. The taste is the worst. I couldn't drink them.

I was not impressed by the texture nor taste of some of the juices. The consistency of some of them were too "chunky". The carrot and green juices were good.

It came much later than I was told. Juices arrived warm and spoiled. They said it was sent fed ex. Meanwhile it took 8 days. They still charged me $38 for shipping. They did rectify by shipping a week later again but was not a great experience
