I purchased the protein cleanse in hopes of losing a few pounds before vacation. My cleanse arrived completely THAWED. I contacted customer service and they told me to discard the cleanse because it was contaminated and they would send me a new cleanse. That would not work as I was leaving for vacation. They refunded me a small portion of my money that I as wasted on this product. When asked why they would only refund a portion they stated it was because they offered to ship me another box and would not refund shipping charges even though they guarantee their product. BE CAREFUL ORDERING - YOU MAY NOT BE GETTING WHAT YOU ASK FOR. I will be contacting the BBB regarding this transaction and recommend others do the same.
