I was really excited to get the product and could not wait to try it. My friends also were going to order. I was diagnosed with breast cancer and I found out I would have many surgeries ahead. So to play it safe, I asked my doctor if I could drink them. He looked them up and said, no. He felt it was not wise or safe to be drinking the ingredients while dealing with my breast cancer. I nicely explained my story on the “help and support” page…which is kind of ironic because it was really the no help and no support page. I literally had to email them on THEIR page about 5 times asking if they would kindly refund or exchange or anything because I didn’t want to waste all the product but I could not drink it. Well, by the 8th email and 9th day, someone responded and said…”no we cannot refund you per our refund policy and now the product isn’t good anymore anyway”. I could not believe this! No mention of “sorry you’re going through breast cancer”, thank you for your purchase, etc… Nothing! And NOW, it’s my fault the product isn’t any good anymore. While I had been trying to contact them all week to avoid this. I could never buy or do business with a company that lacks compassion so blatantly and was so rude! And I saved every email and then the one with his response so I could even show people this is true. Otherwise, it’s hard to believe any company would do this!
