Super fresh and authentic. Takes a minute to adjust but provides plenty of nutrition to get through the day. I also drank plenty of water and after adjusting never felt hungry. Customer service was incredible. I called for support and a real person actually answered the phone!!! High quality product with great customer support. I highly recommend
