It’s a little difficult to thaw, then drink right away, but I understand it is perishable. Tastes good, and I lost 3 pounds, mostly because it’s low calorie. Im sure the nutrients were plentiful, and I felt great on 3rd day. Im thinking I’ll buy the ingredients myself, and actually EAT, as opposed to drinking.
