Juices were easy to drink and pretty tasty. Have tried other cleanses where the drinks are so bitter it's hard to get down. Makes it easier to get through 3 days without eating. Second time doing this one, whatever I lose during these I normally gain half back once I start eating normally (and healthy, so half of it is water weight), but you still feel good when it's done. Would recommend for anyone on the fence. Drinking flavored herbal teas and black coffee also helps get you through.
