When I first ordered 1 month ago I made the mistake of ordering it on a Friday which made my delivery about 2 days later than originally expected. To my surprise, it was still completely frozen. This also could have been because it is winter but I was very happy to see that. I loved the juices so much that I changed my orders to a monthly subscription. To avoid ordering on a Friday because of the shipping. Now that I have been drinking the juice for 1 month I have lost 10 lbs. I'm drinking about 3 to 4 juices daily & eating one meal, & I'm not hungry because I am receiving the nutrients my body needs to be healthier. The cravings of extreme hunger, are gone. I'm a busy mom of 4 boys so even though I would love to have time to make my own juices I don't. The money I save on groceries & eating less totally pays off with the subscriptions. The next month's subscription delivery came on time & everything was frozen solid.
