Wow, loved it! I initially wanted to do the cleanse to reset my diet after a vacation where I felt bloated from drinking and eating too much.
I eat a vegan diet and am not overweight but managed to lose 6lbs on the 3 day cleanse. So happy! Juices tasted great too, I drank them out of a stainless steel tumbler with a stainless steel straw which helped keep it cold. Highly recommend!
