Absolutely loved this cleanse! I did the 3 day but stretched it out over 4 days with a protein shake thrown in each day. I was hungry but felt SO GREAT by the end! Lost 3lbs and have kept it off. But greatest thing is that it cut back my cravings and shrunk my appetite. Every flavor was really good and different which kept it interested. Will definitely do again!!
