This was the first cleanse I've ever done. I was really worried about being hungry all of the time, and not being able to work out. Instead, I had constant energy, slept better, felt better, and looked forward to my juice/shake every two hours (8 am, 10 am, 12 pm, 2 pm, 4 pm, 6 pm). I never felt starving or low energy. I cannot recommend this enough. I have already placed my second order and bought a cleanse for my mom too - thank you, RG!
