Overall juices tasted ok. For me the sweet greens was the worst, to the point that I threw them away. That was unfortunate because it was 2 a day! After day 1 I had a huge headache. Day 2 had flu like symptoms. I stopped there because I couldn’t imagine getting any sicker. I wasn’t hungry though.. which was shocking. Overall lost 4lbs… prob 2 though when factoring in water weight.
