Tried the 3 day protein juice cleanse. Juices were very good. Had a juice at 8, 10, 12, 2, 4, 6 and felt full most days. Had to eat some watermelon, cucumber and celery as snacks from time to time. I was trying to curb my snacking and eat more balanced meals and cut back on my bad cravings and I think this cleanse helped to achieve that. Overall a great experience and will do this again 1-2 times a year.
