This is my favorite way to cleanse. The juices taste great and fill me up! The only reason its not 5 stars is that I never lose more than 5 lbs. Recently, I completed a 10 day cleanse but still only lost 5 lbs. Im going to try low sugar next and see if that helps. One unexpected benefit was the effect this cleanse had on my skin! Ive been experiencing extreme dryness on my face ever since I stopped breastfeeding. Ive spent a bunch on new skincare products. Nothing worked! Completed this clense and my dryness went away! I hope it lasts! I just purchased more juices to have some daily greens! I also purchased the trailmix. Not a fan. I just didnt enjoy it. I only ate 1 of 3 bags and they were pretty expensive.
