I followed all suggestions and had ONLY the drinks for 5 days.
I did not notice any difference other than slightly less bloating.
Immediately following the cleanse I was starvinggg and my cravings and self control were worse.
They tasted awful also.
I’m sure it works for some, but it did not for me.
Would not buy again.
