The juices arrived nice and cold and were very fresh. I found that diluting it with a little bit of water made it easier to drink. It was difficult for me to drink 6 juices in a day so I ended up drinking maybe only 3 per day. I lost only 3 pounds which was disappointing because I thought I would lose more. The last day of cleanse I lose nothing. I did the 3 day cleanse. Overall I would try it again especially if I am looking to lose weight quickly.
