I've been enjoying Raw Generation juices for about 3 months now. I started with 3-day low-sugar juice detox and immediately dropped about 5 lbs. I know it's water weight and the weight did come back within the next week of returning to my regular diet. One nice thing I noticed was I felt more energetic and decreased my cravings for unhealthy snacks. I have tried the Stay Skinny Method, and I order Build a Box with a variety of juices. I truly love them and feel healthier. I lift weights and try to keep a healthy diet in general and follow the instructions I have received. The weight on the scale is - 5lb, but I have built a lot of muscle tone which we know weights much more than fat. One thing it's a little pricey and I wish you guys offered coupons more often.
