The 5 day skinny cleanse is not for the faint of heart. Day 1-3 are very difficult. By day 4 it gets mentally easier. The tarte greens and the red juice (sweet roots?) I could not choke down. The other flavors were decent. I lost 3 lbs in the first two day but that’s where I plateaued. I only snacked on fresh fruits/veggies when I was hungry. Overall, I felt less bloated and “puffy”. Definitely proud of myself for getting through it but it was TOUGH.
