I did the 10 day cleanse and I was meticulous and dedicated about sticking to it. I lost about 8 pounds but I was bloated and gassy the entire time. To the point where I was keeping a food journal to figure out which juice was causing the issue. Turns out it was the protein drinks. The last 2 days I eliminated those and subbed them with a different dairy free protein shake and I felt much better.
