I started my first cleanse in early June and have been doing them monthly ever since. As of today (Sept. 5), I've lost 15 pounds! Here are my thoughts:
The first two times I did the Skinny Cleanse. I found that I couldn't drink all six juices in a day and they were all on the sweeter side. I lost five pounds in five days and was surprised to find that despite the sweet juices, I had almost totally kicked my refined sugar cravings by the end of it--amazing! In July, I lost four more pounds on my second five-day cleanse. I had energy both times but mostly stuck to yoga and walking.
Then in August, I did the three-day low-sugar detox and I won't go back! I was worried because the smoothies are higher in calorie content than I was expecting, but I am in shock! I lost six pounds in three days, felt full/satisfied the whole time, and none of the drinks were too sweet. I just signed up for a monthly three-day low-sugar detox and I can't wait for the next one to arrive! I could probably do this weekly. The best part was that I felt great the whole time and could do my normal HIIT and weights workouts. Love Raw Generation!!
