The weight loss is temporary but it does promote healthy eating habits and helps you to be mindful of what you are eating. It also encourages you to drink more water and makes it a nice habit. I lost about 5 lbs right after the cleanse but I gained it back up about 3 lbs so quickly and now even after staying on skinny method, I only was able to lose 3 lbs. But I feel better myself and eat better now.
