we had tried the 3 protein cleanse before and decided to try to lower sugar detox 3 day cleanse. The flavors were good, we didn't feel hungry but we both felt very bloated, gassy and needed to be close to a bathroom. Not sure if we want to do this one again even though we signed up for repeat delivery.
