Great product and great customer service. I did mess up the thawing process and was sent a new batch with no issue. I would suggest to the company to clarify that the juices should go directly into the freezer until the instructions are read completely. This would save them a lot in replacement of products I would assume!
I suggest a huge red warning sign “Put directly into freeze until 24 hrs before use!”
