Did the 7 day skinny cleanse. Lost 8 lbs. and have kept it off for 2 months so far. Flavors are on point! Very refreshing. During the cleanse, I was surprised that I remained full all day only drinking 5 of the 6 daily. I just reordered to have them on hand to enjoy one or two a day. Great way to get your servings of fruit and veggies in you.
