I thought this was a great experience. I purchased the 3-Day Skinny Cleanse and it was relatively easy on me. The package at first was delivered to the wrong address and Raw Generations replaced it immediately. The juices tasted good and were easy to drink. I caught a head cold on the second day of my cleanse and had little to no appetite so I ended up with extra juices at the end which I just used to continue drinking on days 4 and 5 after my cleanse was over. This made it easier to transition back into food. Several of my friends and family want to try to cleanse now and I recommend it with flying colors. I lost 5.5 pounds just in the 3 days alone.
