I found that everything said on the website is true, in my case, I was looking for something not to like. The only I have to say negatively is that the vanilla protein was my least favorite and I missed chewing! That's it!! I'm 6'1 270lbs after my 5-day detox 255lbs, now I have more to lose than the average person. My wife lost 10lbs, we didn't get through all 6 juices every day. We plan on using the leftovers as meal replacements. No extra bowel movements, thank you, Jesus!
