The taste was really good and super convenient. I did not loose the 5-8 pounds it’s advertising or people are suggesting probably because I am not on the heavy side to start with. So my water weight is only 1-2 lbs tops. It does make me feel better, less hunger, and refreshed. Quality of sleep went up. The flaws of this juice thing is the diarrhea. The green juice made me poop water 4-5 times or even 7 times at most a day. It’s not easy to maintain during a busy work day. I went to the bathroom so much on my 4th day that I had to cut it short and ended it with 4 days cleansing instead of 5 cause my butthole can’t take it anymore. I will do it again but maybe 3 days instead of 5.
