The juices in the skinny cleanse all taste really good which makes following the cleanse easy. I have repurchased this several times now. I do the 5 day cleanse for a reset when I need to get on a health kick, and the 3 day for a boost if I start to feel myself getting a little off track. I also ordered the stay skinny method but I’m waiting to try it after I finish the 3 day cleanse that I need to do after the Christmas holidays. The 5 day cleanse I lost a good 7-8 pounds. I have tried the low sugar one before, but I prefer the skinny cleanse juices.
