ordered and received product in timely manner. Last year 3-day cleanse and upped that to 5 days this years. I liked that feeling of cleaning my system in conjunction with a dryuary commitment. I will do it again....perhaps upping the frequency. Dropped a few pounds but I was more interested in the cleanse affect.
