First-time juice cleanser here! I wanted to jump-start my weight loss journey with a juice cleanse. I researched a handful of companies and after reading online reviews, selected Raw Generation. I decided upon the 3 days (honestly because I wasn't confident I could "force" myself to do more days than that. I purchased the 3-day skinny cleanse and selected the auto-ship for the discount. My juices were delivered in 2 days with clear instructions on how to thaw them overnight in the fridge. I was so nervous to take the first sip! I hoped I didn't have to hold my nose to choke them down or "chew" them! (Remember, first-time juicer here!) To my delight--THEY WERE DELICIOUS!! I mean delicious!! It was easy to finish my 3 day cleanse! and I lost 8 pounds. I continued to have my coffee in the morning but did not have any food other than one bite of sushi on the 2nd night. I drank one juice about every 2 hours. I did not feel hungry. It was almost hard to keep up with drinking one every 2 hours. I can't wait for my next cleanse!
