My husband and I did the 5 day cleanse together, the juices were tasty and packaging convenient so it was very easy- after those 5 days we felt refreshed, lost a couple of pounds, ready for a new start of clean eating.. We have another 5 days worth of juices in the freezer and plan to do another cleanse in a few months
