Overall, drinks are fairly similar to competitors. This is also my second/third time doing a cleanse with raw generation and I’ve noticed that they are as effective on me. First time I bought supplies for 7 days and broke out the cleanse into a 3 day and 4 day cleanse months apart. Lost 5-6 pounds both times. This time I got a 5 day cleanse and did all 5 days with no consumption of other food and only lost 5 pounds and I was actually active this time. Additional first order came with ginger shot and this one did not. Again cleanse work well overall but a little disappointed with results as I’ve lost 16 pounds in a week before by using similar drinks but homemade as opposed to purchased.
