I got the 5-day protein cleanse to reboot after some bad choices :) and was pleasantly surprised! I'm over six feet and 220. The drinks kept me full all day and I never felt hungry. Each and everyone tasted great and I lost 7 pounds in the 5 days. I would definitely do this again.
