I really enjoyed the juice cleanse. I did the five day cleanse because I had been eating bad recently and have a thyroid condition so the combination was making me miserable. The cleanse was not harsh and the drinks were easy to swallow as long as they were really cold. I feel so much better after this cleanse and it help start me back on the right track of eating healthy. The only downside is the price but I do feel better so it was worth it to me.
