I did the full seven-day low-sugar juice cleanse. I have done several different types of cleanses. Overall, I had a good experience I felt less bloated, had more energy, and it helped me kickstart some good habits, I do feel that tehre was still a lot of sugar in the juices, and the texture of the vanilla and protien smoothie was a little challenging. I think the promise of several pounds of weight is a little mislading - I would consider it as the beginning of a larger change, not a goal unto itself.
