I did a 5 day cleanse with protein and the veggie/fruit shakes. The shakes were ALL delicious! I stuck with the program strictly for the 5 days and felt great! My endurance in the gym was better than it had been by the end of the week. Once in a while I CRAVED something to chew..the suggestions of carrots, cucumbers and a couple other choices satiated me. I would definitely do it again! I like that the protein was not soy or whey! Thanks for that RawGeneration
