I did the 5 Day Skinny Cleanse (for my second time) followed by the Stay Skinny Method. It was great again and helped reset my gut and my sugar addiction. None of the weight I lost on the cleanse I sustained, but it did help me to reset my health journey and I have been going strong since. I also wasn't able to work out heavily on the Skinny Cleanse, I thought about the Protein Cleanse but reviews were so negative about the protein shakes so I decided against it. However, I then had the protein shakes in the Stay Skinny Method and I LOVED them and really looked forward to them. I have no idea why reviews were so negative, maybe I am just used to how protein in drinks tastes?
