Love the products.
Customer support is a bit tough. While normally they help out this last order I placed without adding a product. 100% my mistake but I reached out to see if they could add it onto my order and was told no. I had to place another order and pay for shipping twice.
I’m a repeat customer and even have a subscription so it was a bit disappointing.
