I really enjoy these juices and smoothies from RAW GENERATION. I have tried all the fad diets to lose weight with losing only a pound or two and then gain it right back. With these juices/smoothies, I was able to lose 10 pounds! I have kept the weight off by replacing a meal with a meal replacement smoothie and drinking a green juice first thing in the morning. I have ordered 4 times from the company and plan on keeping up with the juice and keeping the weight off!
