The half day cleanse was exactly what I needed to get past my plateau and start losing weight again. It gave me the energy I needed, kept me full throughout the day and the variety was perfect so that I never got sick of the juices and looked forward to which one came next! The biggest difference I noticed was it helped my brain fog and I had such a clearer head during the 5 day cleanse. I enjoyed the patties and how versatile they were, the recipes included were a great way to change things up all day.
