Raw Generation was a great way to reset my diet. I had been eating out a lot and drinking too much alcohol, and this helped set me back on a healthy path. I did the 3 day cleanse and lost 9 pounds! I felt much better afterwards and had a lot of energy throughout the cleanse. I also felt that my brain was working better, more clarity. I only drank 2 or 3 juices per day though, so I have more for future cleanse. Yay!
