I noticed less bloating, improved mood. It was not hard to do. I did not have the weight loss I hoped for but it was my first one. I will continue to invest in me and do this every 4 weeks to see what goodness comes from it. The juices are delicious!! I just ordered the on the go smoothies and I am super excited to try those!
