First time ever doing a juice cleanse. Raw generation has the best reviews in my opinion. I did the 3 day cleanse and lost 5 lbs. I also did the all carrot juice 3 day cleanse and lost 6 lbs that time. I want to try the 5 and 7 day cleanse next.
