My son and daughter in law have been juicing for a few months, I decided I would try myself. I can say that this is great journey I will be on from now on. I feel less bloated and the sugar gravings have become no more!! I tried a one day juice and diod the three day detox packets. I have lost a few pounds so far. I purchased the juices to start after Christmas. My husband and I are going to do it together and continue our clean eating. I will be happy to update in a couple of months.
