I loved what I got to taste of the juices on my first day, however I wasn't able to do the full 3 day cleanse that I purchased becasue I came down with the flu. However, I would love to give it another try to see the full benefits now that I'm fully recovered. I am a fitness studio owner so I'm pretty active and getting my protein in each day is important to me! This is why I initially picked the 3 Day Protein Cleanse!
