My husband and I did a three day cleanse and I am so impressed. I have tried other cleanse options in the past and I was never able to see them through. The Raw Generation cleanse was so easy to do. They taste great and you just don’t get as hungry because your body is truly getting the nourishment it needs. We did one vegan meal each evening and a snack or two throughout the day. Once the cleanse was completed, we both agreed that we wanted to keep purchasing monthly boxes to have a couple shakes per day each. Top notch, highly recommend!
