I bought the 3-day cleanse. Due to my lack of will power, I made it a two day cleanse. I did not need all six bottles per day as I had also watered them down a little because for me I wanted them more diluted. I liked each flavore very much but some more than others. They took several sips to get used to each unique taste, but then found I really liked the flavors. I have enough bottles left for a 2nd 2 day cleanse and I look forward to it. I felt good during and after doing the cleanse and it took off 2 pounds....of which was nice. I am not overweight so I was not expecting a drastic weight loss. Next time I would like to try the sugar free
