The juices and smoothies for the most part taste really good. There a few that I don't care for (cookies and cream I hated). The smoothies are very filling and my body can sure feel the vitamins and nutrients from both the juices and smoothies. My cravings for sugar have stopped. This is great product and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to jumpstart their body and maintain a healthy diet.
