I LOVE the skinny cleanse and the protein cleanse. I don’t think I drank all the required ones everyday so they lasted longer than 7 days. They all taste amazing and make you feel great. No bloating. I keep my freezer stocked. They are great to grab when you want something quick and healthy even when you’re not doing a cleanse.
