I finished a five day cleanse today and lost 8 lbs lbs. juices are good but I couldn’t drink them all so I plan to wait a week and do a three day cleanse. I do feel a little weak but not bad. I m going to watch my diet this week. I’d like to lose another 10 lbs at least!
