I already ordered twice and have lost weight. I’m a gym rat so I require to eat but there are times at work when I don’t have time to eat . I order the protein pack and yes it helped and one meal at night and I lost over ten pounds it was tough but I got thru it . Yes it’s expensive but I really hate veggies and the juicing form made me feel great my skin looked different and losing weight for my sons graduation was and is going to be a success now I can wear that dress to show off this progress I will continue to order … and also it helps with your appetite not having to snack around it helped me so much now I have a strict eating regimen.
